Set in the hills above the ancient Royal Burgh town of Forres, in the heart of Macbeth country, and overlooking the beautiful Moray Firth coastline, Little Lawrenceton has far-reaching views across the Black Isle and beyond to the North and West of Scotland.

Ideally situated to enjoy the best from the surrounding regions of Moray and the Highlands, there are attractions for everyone, from whisky to castles; bird watching and fishing villages; Findhorn and Spey Bay; golf, fishing and sporting pursuits; local craftsmen and organic produce; and coastline, mountains and beautiful scenery all around.

Little Lawrenceton is located beside an organic farm, just six miles from the coast and the picturesque village of Findhorn. This charming old farm cottage has been fully refurbished to offer comfortable and cosy accommodation for two. It has a sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, open plan kitchen, comfortable double bedroom, and bathroom with bath and shower. Heating is by electricity and underfloor, and is included. There is also a wood burning stove. There is a garage/utility area ( plenty of space for bicycles ), and lawned and gravelled garden area with views over the Moray coast and surrounding countryside.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave. The utility area has freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The sitting room has a TV and DVD player, with a selection of DVDs. Bed linen and electricity are included and towels can be provided on request.
